Last year saw the first joint Military and Civilian service marking the first year of Tidworth having a War Memorial. This year due to the large numbers attending in 2017 there will be another joint service but to be held in the Garrison Theatre.
The intention is for the service to involve all members of the community and we will be joined by the Fijian and Nepalease Community as well as Family Fellowship. We are asking people to arrive at the Garrison Theatre between 9.30am -9.45am to be seated by 9.50am (Please note there is limited parking).
The service will be followed by the Act of Remembrance and wreath laying at the War Memorial, those not attending the service at the Theatre are welcome to join us to pay their respects.
There is no cover at the War Memorial so please don’t let the weather put you off and remember to bring an umbrella!
