Whether you are looking to hold a meeting, a big party or simply have a coffee at Ezra’s Coffee & Dine with friends, there is something for you here.

Tedworth Hall can hold 150 people seated 200 standing. £40 per hour (inc VAT).

Add Ons: Use of the kitchen £5 per hour (inc VAT), including crockery, cutlery etc.

Perham Down Suite’s A & B, Up to 80 people or 40 each side, will suit 20 people board room style. £25 per side, £40 (inc VAT) for the whole room.

We have:

Bourne Meeting room (12ppl) £15 per hour (inc VAT).
Ashdown Meeting room (8ppl) £10 per hour (inc VAT).
Sidbury Meeting room (6ppl) £10 per hour (inc VAT).

There is ample parking available. 60 spaces, 6 EV charging points & 5 blue badge spaces.

For booking to be approved a refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. For bookings ending prior to 6pm, the deposit fee is £50. For bookings ending after 6pm a deposit fee of £100 is payable. The deposit will be returned providing the conditions are observed and the Civic Centre is left clean and tidy with no damage incurred. A larger deposit may be required for larger events.
