Doda Yoga is the home of Naomi Hurst.  Naomi is a registered Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher.  She first qualified in the home of Ashtanga, Mysore, in India.

This class is suitable for all ages, genders and is suitable for novice to advanced. The class will be formed around the Vinyasa Flow with novice poses and more advanced poses for those more experienced yogis.
