Public Health at Wiltshire Council are running a 3 hour training session for those working with children / adults who are overweight / obese, who wish to develop their skills in this area. LIFT Volunteers wanted

Do you have a few hours spare once a fortnight? Are you interested in helping older people improve their fitness and reduce their lonliness? Then this free 4 day LIFT (Low Impact Functional Training) course may be for you. 

Employability and Wellbeing Course

Are you 18 or over and unemployed? There will be courses running at Holy Trinity Church Hall during July and August focusing on a number of skills including confidence building, goal setting and improving employability skills.
