Tidworth Town Festival

This year’s Tidworth Town Festival was an absolute success with an estimated 2000 people attending throughout the day. Our aim was to create an event that could be enjoyed by the whole community by bringing everyone together for a day of music and fun activities. We had great weather shining down on us all day which helped encourage people to bring blankets and chairs and find a spot to spend the day soaking up the atmosphere!

On the main stage we had great performances from a variety of acts from artists from both the local community and slightly further afield. The calibre of performance was very high and we had Abba’s Angels to finish off the day. it was great to see everybody up dancing underneath the lighting show beaming from the stage.

We must thank all of the food vendors, bar crew, sound & lighting crews, stall holders, our media team, security team and of course Castledown FM for help making the day run so smoothly. A big thank you also needs to go to the event team and volunteers for all of their hard work on the day (and day after for the clean up).

Have you saved the date?

It’s hard to believe that Tidworth Town Festival is nearly upon us once again! On Saturday 20th July we gather at Tidworth Town Community Centre Field for an amazing, fun filled family event, with free entry and activities for everyone.

The main stage will once again be sponsored by Wilmont Building Services which will have a great sound system, full lighting show and a fabulous line-up of bands, local acts & choirs.

Headliners Neon, will be bringing a carefully chosen mix of the best 90’s, 00’s, 10’s, through to now with an awesome hip hop kick. Also on the bill are One Last Thrill, CLS, The Tribe, For Tomorrow as well as local favorites Military Wives Choir, Paige Dobson & Tamzin Stead and many more.

There will be a wide range of activities for the the whole family including a free bouncy castle, circus workshop & rock climbing wall. We have a big red rocket and a mini big top that will host shows throughout the day. We have rope walkers, stilt walkers and balloon modellers to help keep the kids entertained.

Our friends from Castledown Radio will also be there to cover the event live on the day. There will be various stalls and food vendors as well as a fully licenced bar. We hope you can join us for what promises to be a fantastic family event for the local community. Gates open at 1200 noon with live music kicking off mid-afternoon and finishing at 10pm

Look forward to seeing you there!
